Psychoeducational Groups
Psychoeducational groups are an educational practice aimed at adolescents and adults, with the aim of providing specialized knowledge in focused subject areas. Meetings are usually held at the Psychotherapy Center, but may also be organized at other private and public institutions.
Among other things, psycho-educational groups beyond the specialized nature of knowledge can provide:
Support and Training: Participants receive support from specialist trainers, as well as opportunities for training and development.
Focused Subject Areas: Groups focus on specific subject areas, providing in-depth understanding and practical skills in these subjects.
Personalized Experience: Each participant benefits from a personalized experience, as the groups take into account everyone's unique needs and interests.
Practical Application: The knowledge gained can be applied in everyday life, helping participants to respond to challenges and problems they face.
Psychoeducational groups are an excellent opportunity for learning, growth and enrichment in the field of psychology and psychotherapy.
